The previous season's Club Man of the Year,  Richard Bowman continued to do well in goal for Rothes during 1998-99. Also played for Huntly. 

Kevin Small (Defnder)- Date of birth: ?
New signing from Banks O'Dee, Kevin Small has slotted in alongside Grant Coull. 

Grant Coull (Defender) 
Grant Coull is a former Peterhead centre back.

Colin Smith (Midfielder)
Formerly with Peterhead,

Experienced player , along with Smith helps ther young Speysiers.
